One Year Lease Theatre Co. is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, and relies on the generous support of our community members and donors.

Our Work
From exploratory theater, to adaptations of ancient Greek tragedy, and beyond: new OYL productions will premiere domestically and internationally in 2026 and 2027. OYL’s existing repertoire of plays, all of which premiered in New York City, are available upon request.
One Year Lease is a creative gathering place. We are committed to making “riveting theatre”.
OYL is a fortress for experimentation and human expression through the magic of theater. As an ensemble, we are a community of theatre makers of all disciplines, backgrounds, and interests.
